Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones, born on the 3rd of September, 1976 in the US, is an actress. There are a few soap opera roles including Megan Dennison in The Young and the Restless and Bridget Forrester in The Bold and the Beautiful. She also played Daphne as a character who appeared in recurring roles in the second season of HBO's series True Blood. Ashley Jones graduated in 1997 with a bachelor's degree in Human Learning K-8 from the University of Tennessee at Martin. She started her career as teacher in Maury County where she taught Kindergarten and first graders Reading. She got married Brent Jones, her UT Martin love and moved into Thompsons Station in 1998. She began her teaching career in Bethesda Elementary, where she taught fourth grade. In 1999-2000, she taught and completed her masters in Education from Trevecca Nazarene University. She stepped out of the classroom in 2000, when they welcomed their baby son Baylor. Ashley spent 15 years serving the community, her church and her children. Ashley was an instructor within the Preschool and Student Ministry at Thompson Station Church for over 13 years. Ashley and her family homeschooled for three years. While they were homeschooling children attended a home school tutorial which Ashley was also a teacher of History in Kindergarten and 1st grade. God said to her that while she was enjoying the homeschooling experience and being in the presence of children, her family needed to return to school full time. Brent as well as Ashley have five kids. Silas Eliza and Cruz are all at GCA. Baylor who is a GCA graduated, is a student at UT Martin where she plays baseball at the university. Callan is an GCA Graduate who is attending Western Kentucky University. The family is extremely active and enjoys fishing, hunting and supporting their friends in sporting events.
