Ali Landry Monteverde

Ali Landry, an American beauty pageant contestant, model and actress who was crowned Miss USA in 1996, is an American actor. The name she was given by her mother after Ali MacGraw, an actress who starred in the film "Love Story.' She's of French (Cajun) origin and was raised in Cecilia, Louisiana, where she was a student at Cecilia High School. In high school, she led the cheerleading team and took home the title of Miss Louisiana Teen America. She was 17 at the time. Following her win of the Miss USA title, she was crowned Miss Louisiana USA in 1996.' She began her acting career in 1997, in the TV series 'Clueless'. The show became famous as "the Doritos Girl", after appearing in a 'Doritos commercial' at the Super Bowl of 1998. In 2000 she made her feature film debut in the movie Beautiful.
